On the outside, this hotel may pass one’s attention, but inside are some friendly folks, especially the sweet receptionist Semi and notably one particular front desk gentleman, who went out of his way to help always. And the house keeper lady who never failed to smile, greet and ask to clean my room, though I didn't require it on a daily basis. Wonderful staff! Breakfast had variety of breads, pastries, fruits, veggies/meats etc. you could choose to eat differently every day. Staying on the 10th floor for a longish stay, as a solo female traveler, this hotel with its 24 hour gym, free breakfast, accessible public transportation, Continente a grocery store with an ATM, right next door, is surely worth the bucks.

We arrived an hour before our check-in time but they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was great, lots of different food you can get - there is also coffee, tea, fresh juice, different types of milk, etc. The room was quite big, we definitely didn't expect it to be that spacious. They cleaned the room and changed towels daily. The bed was huge and comfortable for the two of us. A few metro stations are nearby, so traveling isn't an issue. We had a super late flight, but they allowed us to leave our luggage for an entire day after check out, which was super nice of them! :)

The location of the hotel is wonderful with great public transport links within walking distance. Our room and bathroom was so spacious, it was almost like having our own flat! Appreciated having 24/7 reception as this made us feel safe and help was always on hand if needed. Enjoyed use of the lobby area as this is well equipped with a TV and plenty of seating to relax. A good variety of shops and restaurants nearby, housekeeping was done everyday and cleanliness of the room was to a high standard. Overall an excellent stay if you’re visiting Lisbon and I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel was located near the bus stops and underground stations. The room was nice, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The receptionist was really kind and explained everything during check-in. The wifi was strong and A/C was working too. There was a nice bathroom as well with shower gels and shampoos, hair dryer. There was a kettle so you can prepare tea. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fine and we could pick something to eat which was delicious every morning. We were very satisfied with everything.

Everything, Great price, great location, The location was just right, a short walk from the metro, lots of local cafés, bars and restaurants... And because it was situated in a mostly residential area, you paid reasonable prices... We walked to the waterside area one day, it took a couple of hours through all the back streets including beer and coffee stops along the way but a wonderful way of seeing the "Real" Lisbon.. We got the Metro back as it was mostly up hill...!!😂
